I was not able to reproduce the issue on iOS 15 Simulator on my local machine using: 

run-webkit-tests --debug  --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 2 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 2 --ipad-simulator fast/canvas/canvas-color-space-display-p3.html

Looking at the history, it looks like it's been failing since the test was first introduced here https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/277024/webkit
