Safari 3.2.1 with the latest WebKit r39230 (built on 12 December 2008) 528.7+. Open several tabs (empty; no content necessary), then try to flip between the tabs by clicking on the tab in the Tab Bar. In Safari 3.2.1 - the Tab Bar is very responsive. No matter where you click in the tab, you immediately flip to that tab. Clicks are never lost. With WebKit - it often takes several clicks to make the browser respond and flip to that page (tab). If you click on the actual page title's text in the tab, then the click is never lost. It's only lost when you click in the tab outside of the actual drawn black text. The tab darkens immediately, as expected, when you move the mouse cursor over it - it's just the actual click that's lost / ignored. This occurs on both my Macs... 300-MHz PowerMac G3 B&W, 1.5-GHz PowerBook G4 both running fully updated OS X 10.4.11. - Dan.
