Do overscrolling at the bottom 4.) Take a look at the scrollbar Actual: The scrollbar flickers. Expected: No flicker. Smooth scrollbar animation. A screencast is attached. Thanks.

Hi, this looks fixed to me in iOS 15 Beta 6. Please feel free to close this report if the rdar is also fixed. Thanks for fixing this.
