Transforms on the child elements of an overflow:auto or overflow:scroll element should affect the overflow computations, such that the user is allowed to reveal all of the transformed content using the scrollbars. This is described in the spec: http://webkit.org/specs/CSSVisualEffects/CSSTransforms.html#introduction
