[WebXR] imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webxr/xrWebGLLayer_constructor.https.html has sporadic errors

This test usually passes, but once in a while, I’d see:
CONSOLE MESSAGE: WebGL: INVALID_OPERATION: deleteFramebuffer: An opaque framebuffer's attachments cannot be inspected or changed
