A table that contains any combination of the thead, tbody, or tfoot child elements with "border-collapse" set to "separate" and "border-spacing" set to some non-zero value will not properly collapse the vertical border-spacing between cells in the table's child elements resulting in double the amount of border-spacing between cells in one element (thead, tbody, or tfoot) and cells in another (thead, tbody, or tfoot).

This bug is still present in Safari Version 5.0.5 (6533.21.1) and the version of webkit used in UIView of iOS 4.3.3

This bug is also present in Chrome 13.0.782.112 m on Windows 7.
