A couple newly imported tests are failing:

  * imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-scroll-snap/scroll-snap-root-001.html
  * imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-scroll-snap/scroll-snap-root-002.html

As far as I can tell, these pass locally for me, but fail on the bots.
