[WinCairo] fast/dom/Window/post-message-large-array-buffer-should-not-crash.html is randomly crashing

It is crashing in WinCairo WK2/WK1 Release builds since it was added by r275508 (236165@main).

Skipping this test case seems to hide other buildbot issue. The test case seems to cause the buildbot issue.
