Outer indent of input after re-enter text

After entering some symbols in input, removing them and enter again at bottom of input appears bottom indent.
This indent is not included in input height calculation.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a demo on codepen - https://codepen.io/ondanila-the-flexboxer/pen/poRNXOR
2. Enter some text to input
3. Remove entered text.
4. Enter text again.
5. At the bottom of input appears empty white place.

Thank you for the test case! Is this known to affect any live websites too?

Could you please clarify if this worked as expected in iOS 14 before iOS 14.5 beta?

Sorry, I can't repeat this problem on other sites now, I haven't device at this moment.
It's worked on iOS 14 before 14.5 beta. It's worked now in production on iOS, but the same markup breaks down on the beta.

WebKit QA cannot reproduce this issue on current releases.
