is a flakey failure on macOS BigSur wk2. 

The very first failure occurred at r274555. Since then, it has failed mostly on BigSur wk2 on Apple Silicon, but it has failed one time on Intel.

TEXT DIFF:

Was able to reproduce the failure on BigSur wk2 Debug ToT on Intel using the following test:
run-webkit-test imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webaudio/the-audio-api/the-audiocontext-interface/processing-after-resume.https.html  --iterations 1000 -f
