On iOS iPhone, Safari 16.1
And Site Specific Hacks Disabled.


Steps to reproduce:

Visit https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#vaccinations on an iOS device.

Tap on a state in the map 

Expected: State details appear as an overlay.
Actual: the page open a new tab with the information about the state AND displays an overlay of the state information.
