Background video causes flicker in page content. Even developer tools window gets a flickering shadow. Example: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_fullscreen_video.asp

I do not see any flicker with this example. Please provide more precise steps, including details of your OS version, hardware, and the Safari version you are seeing this with.
