The following two tests are constantly text failing in macOS debug on Apple Silicon only: fast/events/constructors/overflow-event-constructor.html fast/mediastream/RTCIceCandidate.html HISTORY URL: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&suite=layout-tests&test=fast%2Fevents%2Fconstructors%2Foverflow-event-constructor.html&test=fast%2Fmediastream%2FRTCIceCandidate.html&architecture=arm64 Diffs have been attached to the bug.

I cannot reproduce these, as I do not have access to an Apple Silicon Mac.

Bit of a mistake in the initial comment.
