Changing this to an umbrella bug regarding slowness of the tests in general, in-process and GPU Process. The tests are "slow by nature", e.g. they are doing a lot of access to the driver. They could run faster, though. The tests are marked as slow in TestExpectations with this bug as the reference. The individual blocking bugs are historical bugs that describe same situation: timeout or slowness problem.
