Updated post-commit hooks to send git hash instead of svn revision to build.webkit.org. This is to support https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=222282 Especially bin/svn_buildbot.py and hooks/post-commit needs to be updated.

Ideally we want to use a GitHub hook, not update a Subversion one, correct?
