Summary
Full page zoom affect functionality

The new full page zoom feature introduced in the nightlies for Windows XP affects the functionality of Safari. Examples are to be found at for instance Google or Altavista, where a slightly zoomed page will not give the usual right-mouse-click options of "opening in a new tab", "opening in a new page",etc. instead it will only give the possibility of "reload", "inspect element", "view source". A ctrl+click or plain mouseclick on any link still will make the link pop up, however. Also full page zoom on videos will not always result in "smaller" images. but rather only seem to crop the video while the window canvas becomes smaller. Examples of this can be found on for instance:
http://www.ubu.com/film/morris.html
. Try zooming the video and notice it's weird behaviour. It seem the update page function does not really work as it's suppose to. On youtube this is way different where the zoom actually works.

I recently tried out the zoom against some sites and it's obvious the Zoom still seem to fail to work on some content. On this site:
http://playrapport.se/
flash videos are played when double clicked on the side bar, but the content refuses to zoom or shrink when using the nightly build and the ctrl+mousewheel. At current I have tested it against the WebKit-
r39076
.

Still does not seem to work, unless the "refresh" button is pressed. There must be a way to implement the refresh after zoom when required.

Also, when full page zoom is used, select boxes (the ones multiple values of which can be selected) do not work - the items in the list simply cannot be selected until the zoom level is set to 100%.

Another testsite, where the bug is clearly producing some problems with navigation is www.myspace.com (
http://www.myspace.com/leilaarab
- an example). This bug got introduced last year with the nightlies and has as of yet been fixed. Currently running lately nightly build and Safari 4 released just a few days ago, without greater luck!
