r272073 / bug221103 added a few tests to check if font-stretch is correctly applied when the system-ui font is used. Currently, system-ui is not supported by GTK (bug178624) and WPE (no bug). Skipping the following tests for now: fast/text/system-font-width-2.html fast/text/system-font-width-3.html fast/text/system-font-width-4.html fast/text/system-font-width-6.html fast/text/system-font-width-7.html fast/text/system-font-width-8.html fast/text/system-font-width-9.html fast/text/system-font-width.html
