Is a flakey timeout on macOS WK2.

Failure has not been reproducible, as it is appears to be incredibly flakey. However, there is history of it occurring on Big Sur, Catalina, and Mojave in Wk2.


There is a bug from an Igalia rep from June of last year that is similar to this, but there has been no progression on it

First flaky timeout in the last 5000 revisions was at r271369, and has been flakey timing out since.
