I don't think this is a bug. The page actually hasn't finished loading, because it tries to keep loading a resource like the following:

http://c4.excite.com/ecb.js?advid=932&list=echo_false&type=ec&pageId=4845286

Other browsers seem to report similar loading issues on this site. However, it eventually times out for me and finishes the load. Does this happen for you?

This URL doesn't load from command line curl or from Firefox either, so I think that this is correct behavior.
