imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-scroll-snap/scroll-target-padding-003.html is a flaky failure on macOS WK1 bots. This test was consistently failing until it was marked as passing as part of https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/270023/webkit. At that point, it became a flaky failure for both WK1 and WK2. The flakes on WK2 appear to have stopped around https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/270292/webkit, but the test is still flaky on WK1 bots, slowing down EWS.
