Contains html markup and image files It appears as thought the text is getting filled prior to shrinking and the part which would have been outside of the viewbox, prior to shrinking, is not getting filled. Thanks for filing, I can reproduce this with the attached test case on Safari 13.1.3 as well as STP 116 (14.1). Does not reproduce on Chrome.
