RESOLVED FIXED 219202
Transient quarter display with a HiDPI /4k screen and a 200% scaling

Summary Transient quarter display with a HiDPI /4k screen and a 200% scaling
Frédéric Parrenin
Reported 2020-11-20 06:20:30 PST
I use epiphany on debian/bullseye XPS13 laptop with a 4k screen. In gnome, I set the scaling to 200% so that everything does not appear too small. In epiphany, I sometimes get a transient display where the webpage is displayed on the top-left quarter of the window. Then, after a fraction of a second, the webpage is scaled to the entire window. So, I was wondering if this is due to the scaling and if it would possible to scale the display earlier in the process.
