Seen on iPad with 18A393 in portrait orientation. Visit <https://old.reddit.com/r/Whatcouldgowrong/comments/jcgwmw/wcgw_parking_tons_of_cars_close_to_each_other_on/>, scroll the page a bit and find a link in a comment. Tap it then navigate back either by back button or swiping. Either way, scroll position is not restored.
