I was wondering what happened here, and why we had new new bug for an old constant failure. Looks like expectations were changed in https://trac.webkit.org/r266761. Still not quite sure why we are getting conflicting results.

My understanding is that the tests themselves were updated to reflect ICU changes that wouldn't be present in anything before Big Sur, so I modified the expectations to reflect that the tests were expected to fail on Catalina and Mojave in r266761 (with a follow up in r266773).


I think the remaining issue is that these two are actually still failing on Big Sur:
