Reported 2008-10-15 14:42:27 PDT
I Steps: Go to http://sports.sina.com.cn/f1/2007csbk/index.shtml Scroll down Observe the title "&#25104;&#32489;&#20844;&#21578; II Issue: There is a bright red border around title "&#25104;&#32489;&#20844;&#21578;" in IE, however it is not displayed in webkit/FF3. III Conclusion: This issue is caused by non-standard style declaration: style="border=1px solid #F23100; " in tag <table>, if change it to style="border: 1px solid #F23100; " then it works fine in any browser. IV Other Browsers: IE7: ok FF3: not ok V Nightly tested: 37604

This no longer seems to be a problem - when I visit the testcase, there is no bright red border. As such, I'm marking this WORKSFORME. If there is still a problem, please reopen the bug with a testcase demonstrating the problem.
