After raising a SR with VMware, you are given a second screen which allows you to upload a file to the case. This page does not work at all.

I don't use that Vmware portal, but I have run into a similar issue using the tool JIRA from Atlassian: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/ I try to attach a file but every time it fails, with an error that says I need to select a file to upload. It works fine in Firefox, and in Safari 3.1.2 (5525.20.1). JIRA uses PHP/MySQL.
