After installing the Mojave beta I noticed that when scrolling (via the trackpad) on my chonkit project the rubber-banding effect that was previously occurring on my scrolling divs is no longer occurring. REPRO: 1) Navigate to
https://chonkit-bt8dtf43k.vercel.app
2) Scroll either the main content column or the sidebar. 3) Notice that when you reach the start or end of the scroll region it abruptly stops instead of rubber-banding.

Sorry the url I gave has some issues, you can use
https://develop.chonkit.app
instead.
