Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
    Firefox 3: OK
         IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open www.sciencedirect.com
2. Notice the |'s and the letters in the Browse By Title section of the left navigation.  

What is the expected result?
The page should render correctly, as in other browsers (excluding Opera).

What happens instead?
The section below "Browse by title" is rendered incorrectly

Reduction (from Chrome Bug)

Based on reduction, Safari Technology Preview 160 matches with Chrome Canary 111 while differ from Firefox Nightly 110.

So I am not sure, whether it is still something to fix or not.
