Pages from this site will always fail the first time, but will load after hitting refresh.

I am only able to find this link (nearest) to the date, when this bug was reported: https://web.archive.org/web/20080930085142/http://www.metageek.net/ ^ Although it is archive copy, it loads fine these days in STP171. Since we don't have reduction or reproducible steps except not loading in first attempt. I am going to mark this as "WONTFIX" since it is pretty sure to be fixed now and it could be caching or server related issue in the past as well.
