The test is marked as failure in LayoutTests/TestExpectations but has been a flaky failure in GTK and WPE for a long time. In addition, it's also worth noticing that this test (xhr/event-timeout-order.any.js) has changed in WPT/master, so possibly is worth to reimport it.
