Summary
Lines don't align in Safari (looks fine in IE and FF)

If you try to use images to draw separator lines inside <TD> it seems that Safari (Webkit) doesn't align them up properly. I have a reduced test case, which I will attach to the bug somehow.

To reproduce, download both HTML and gif into a directory of your choice. Open in Safari/Win and look closely at the top of the table - it looks like the right corner is rounded whereas the left corner is not. Expectation: A border around the table that is fully rectangular.

Safari 15.6 matches with Firefox but differ from Chrome I am not able to reproduce the issue described in
Comment 03
in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.6 and it matches with Firefox Nightly 105 and differs from Chrome Canary 106 as can bee seen from the attached screenshot. I think since original issue is now fixed, we can mark this "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Appreciate if some one can comment.
