Summary
Hickory Park Restaurant pages do not render properly

Reported

* SUMMARY Hickory Park's web site does not render properly with Safari 3.1.2 (4525.22) on Mac OS X 10.4.11 (8S165). It doesn't render properly on Firefox 3.0.1. * STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Launch Safari 3.1.x. 2. Open URL:
http://www.hickorypark-bbq.com/history.html
* EXPECTED RESULTS Three-part graphic at the top of the page should be aligned to create the illusion of one image. * ACTUAL RESULTS Three-part graphic at the top of the page is misaligned. * REGRESSION Unknown. Only tested with Safari 3.1.2 and Firefox 3.0.1. * NOTES Assuming this is an evangelism issue since it renders incorrectly (but the same way) in both Safari 3.1 and Firefox 3. I have done no analysis of the page to determine the actual cause.

The problem is that the outer table specifies a width="750", but the first column is set to width="157" and the second column to width="600", which means the table width is 7 pixels short. To fix the rendering issue, the outer table needs to be changed from width="750" to width="757". I'm visiting this restaurant in a week or so. I'll see if I can get them to fix their web site. Also renders incorrectly on Safari for iPhone. These pages also needs the same fix:

Sent email to hpinfo at hickorypark-bbq dot com about the layout issue and how to fix it. If it's not fixed by my trip to Iowa this weekend, I will try to find someone at the restaurant to make them aware of the issue.

The reported page doesn't exist now. It seems that the site was redesigned lately. I found no reported problem now. So it seems that the problem is fixed now. David, could you confirm it?
