We no longer need access to the old 'com.apple.SecurityServer' and 'com.apple.ocspd'.

It looks like this broke platform/mac/media/mediacapabilities/hevc-decodingInfo-hdr.html for Catalina wk2 tracking in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=206895
