# STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. inspect any page 2. create a new rule => this should show up as 'Inspector Style Sheet:1' 3. add some CSS properties to this new rule 4. go to the Changes panel => 'Main.html' is shown instead of 'Inspector Style Sheet'

The tooltip also shows as 'Main.html (Line 1)', even in the Styles panel, which currently correctly shows 'Inspector Style Sheet:1'.
