You can download the example from my public idisk folder - http://idisk.mac.com/dmosan-Public/

Open the html file, expand the 2nd line, collapse it, then expand it again and notice it now shows up under the wrong line.

Yeah, pretty sure it is. OmniWeb 5.7 doesn't have this issue and it uses the webkit revision from around Safari 3.0.

Repros in Safari 3.1.1.
Does not repro in Safari 3.0.4.
