Only a small part of the image is shown. Being scalable, it should be scaled to fit the window. It cannot be scaled manually enpigh to see the whole image. It should also be scrollable. In Firefox 3 it is scrollable and scalable. Related to but 10526?

I think this is just a dupe of the "svgs are missing scrollbars" bug.
