Play an Artist Radio Station for 30 min
On Safari 12 memory in player.siriusxm.com process will be 1.1 GB or less.
On Safari 13 memory in player.siriusxm.com process can be 2 GB or more and 'This website is using significant memory' banner is displayed.

Resetting safari caches does not seem to solve the issue.
