I don't understand this report. icuuc38.dll is in WebKit-r35531.zip.

When the webkit runs (the run-nightly-wekbkit.cmd) the files are obviously not copied into the program files\safar\ folder or when the safari.exe program launches even read from the temporary folder where the nightly-build leaving the safari.exe with an error message missing the files and unable to start. If one copies them over to the Safari folder (it uses icuuc36.dll originally, among some other files...) it still gives weird error messages and wont launch Safari.exe at all.

Initial error message when one runs Webkit r3551 gives the following error message: This application has failed to start because icuuc38.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. After some tweaks I achieved this instead, but was still unable to load Safari. Oh and I found the left out files on google, so guess no liability can be taken that these are the actual files that are supposed to be used. They where not included in the Webkit package I downloaded form the nightly build. The procedure entry point ubrk_previous_3_8 could not be located in the dynamic link library icuuc38.dll
