Currently ews151 is assigned to multiple testers queues (which usually run small test-suites, e.g.: Style, webkitpy, webkitperl, WatchList, Services). Also these queues have only one bot assigned. If there is a large patch which takes a long time to apply/process (e.g.: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202513), the bot gets busy in processing that patch, and all the queues accumulate a backlog of patches to process. It would be better to have two bots on each of the queue. Also webkit-misc bot doesn't have much load as of now, so we can use it on these queues as well.
