Style failure should be displayed in-line on the review page along-with the code, just like the reviewer's comments. Review page is the page which opens on clicking 'Review Patch' button.

Since now Style EWS doesn't comments on the bugs anymore, this would be helpful in easily noticing the style failures. This should also alleviate the concerns in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=201993
