There are many other test failures starting in that build in particular, particularly regarding cookies, incognito and websocket; but due to the big number of commits, they are not necessarily the same regression.

http/tests/workers/service/registration-clear-redundant-worker.html fixed somewhere between [r256865-r256897]. Likely due to r256882.

There's only one failing test remaining pointing to this bug: http/wpt/service-workers/online.https.html [ Failure Pass ] The test has been passing consistently since r259705. Removing from test expectations and closing bug.
