Currently the status-bubble tooltip is simply <title>. It can't contain URLs or formatted text. We should redesign the tooltip so as to contain more relevant information including URLs and nicely formatted text. Note that the status-bubble is currently in an iframe. We would need to take it out of the iframe and integrate directly into the Bugzilla page.

Also, we would probably want to make the tooltip iPad/iPhone friendly. Currently there is no way to see these tooltips on these devices.
