status-bubble iframe width on bugzilla comment review page has a fixed width of 400 pixels, which is not enough to display all the status-bubbles. Because of that many status-bubbles are not displayed, we should increase the iframe width.

Ideally we should determine this width dynamically, like other bugzilla pages which loads status-bubble. Will look into that later if required.
