When receiving a Facebook notification in Safari Technology preview, the notification can sometimes cause a spinning color wheel when clicking on the notification icon before expanding the current notification queue. Additionally, the notification alert can remain floating in the frame while the notification history pop-up will be dismissed.

If you can still reproduce this on the latest release, please capture a sysdiagnose (Shift + Control + Option + Command + Period) after reproducing it, note the timestamp and attach the resulting sysdiagnose here. Thanks.

I have not been able to reproduce. It happened only after using the Safari Technology Preview the first time.
