After a context menu is dismissed on slides.google.com, slides become unresponsive to touches. Steps to reproduce: 0) Install iOS 13 beta or newer on a non-mini iPad (no hardware keyboard attached) 1) Visit https://slides.google.com/ and log in with a Google account (if not already logged in) 2) Create a new presentation using the orange 'Your big idea' presentation template. 3) Make sure the selection and focus is on the filmstrip and no shapes are selected on the canvas. 4) Long press on the word 'Making' to bring up the context menu. 5) Tap on the speaker notes to dismiss the context menu (see bug 200219). 6) Tap on any shape on the slide. Results: Nothing happens. The new shape should have been selected. It seems like something becomes broken about event handling in this case. (This happens whether or not a hardware keyboard is attached.)
