The following layout test is flaky on Mojave Debug WK1

imported/blink/storage/indexeddb/blob-basics-metadata.html

Probable cause:

Unknown, issue has been occurring for the whole visible history. I believe this did begin recently. I am unable to reproduce this locally, test passes locally the whole time.
