Hi,

On bug 199513 I enabled CSS_COMPOSITING for all ports except for AppleWin (it didn't build)

On WinCairo it seems to build but I have no idea if it works.
On FTW no idea if it builds (there is no EWS for it).

Please test if the feature builds and works, and in that case unskip the css3/blending from your expectations file.

If it doesn't then please disable it on the most specific CMake port options file.
