Seen with tot WebKit build on iPhone X in landscape orientation (does not happen in portrait). Steps to reproduce: (Privacy policy only seem to be presented on first time; so, likely need to clear cookies and data) Ensure device is in landscape orientation. 1. Visit <http://godbolt.org>. 2. Try to scroll to the end of the privacy policy Cannot scroll to the end in landscape orientation to be able to tap the Close button. Does not happen in shipping iOS 12.3.1 (16F203).
