webgpu/vertex-buffer-triangle-strip.html is flakey from the tip of tree (246513) until 243496. 
When attempting to find point of regression, identified that the test crashes instead of fails on revisions beginning with and older than 243494.

Steps to Reproduce:

run-webkit-tests --iter 1000 --exit-after-n-failures 30 -f webgpu/vertex-buffer-triangle-strip.html

This test is still a flakey failure. The image diff is missing a large green square.
