Bes example is in Dav Rants'es page. Everything is OK when you dont scroll the div. If you scroll the div the menu appears where the button used to be (hidden place).

I am unable to reproduce this bug using attached URL and all browsers (Safari Technology Preview 152, Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106) behave same and if I scroll in the container, the top links does not disappear (if I am understanding correctly from Comment 0). Further, I think this can now be achieved with CSS Sticky Position rather than YUI JS library etc., I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX". Plus there is a connection to another URL (http://track3.mybloglog.com/js/jsserv.php?mblID=2006122110102837), which is not resolving so it might be that the test case is also broken but since it is quite old test case. I am going to consider it resolved now but still WONTFIX. Please change status, if I am wrong. Thanks!
